Fitness Goals

Michael has been a strength & conditioning coach for over 15 years. He has worked in the NFL, NHL, NWSL (women's professional soccer), and Division 1 College as a strength & conditioning coach. His certifications include strength & conditioning, sports conditioning and personal training as well as

a masters degree in Exercise Physiology.  Utilizing this knowledge along with his experience, Michael has put together an overall health, wellness and fitness program not only for athletes and active individuals but also for adults of all ages and children who want to live a healthier lifestyle.

  

He has helped hundreds of individuals to live a healthier lifestyle and is motivated to continue to help hundreds more.
